Founded in 2000, King Sun PCB Technology is a professional manufacturer of high density multilayer, special type and prototype PCBs. Our main products include metal base PCBs, hi-Tg heavy copper foil PCBs, flat winding multilayer PCBs, high frequency PCBs, mixed dielectric base high frequency multilayer PCBs and flexible PCBs. Our products are widely used in power supplies, telecommunications, computers, industrial controls, digital products, medical instruments and many others. We are also able to manufacture products using special materials like Rogers and PTFE as well as special techniques like ENEPIG and HDI.
Our factory occupies an area of 18,000 square meters and is equipped with automatic production lines that are manned by 500 employees. Our production capability is 300,000 square meters per year. Moreover, our R&D department is equipped with advanced machines from Germany and Japan. We have over 100 QC staff with an average of three years of industry experience and 56 engineers with an average of three years of work experience. We also have 10 experienced export sales personnel who provide excellent services that our customers needs.
We strictly implement ISO 9001:2008 standards in our operation. Thus, our defective rate is within two percent. Additionally, we can design and make samples according to customers' requirements within one week. Sample orders as small as one piece are accepted.
